For those of you who aren't football fans, Peggy is the mom of 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan and married to the very decorated collegiate and NFL coach, Mike Shanahan.   

BK traveled to Denver to sit down with Peggy and talk about what this wild football experience has been from her perspective. Going from never watching football to being the foundation of an incredible football family, Peggy shares stories of the transitions, the importance of knowing yourself outside standing in a supporting role, and how to ride the highs and lows of football.
